Answers to common questions about Redo. Still stuck? We usually reply within one business day.
Redo is a daily speaking-practice app. You record a short take (up to 60 seconds) answering a prompt, get specific feedback on the skills holding you back, then redo the same topic to beat your previous score. It's built to make you clearer and more confident, one 60-second rep at a time.
Each take is analyzed across six skills — Structure, Conciseness, Confidence, Pronunciation, Filler Rate, and Pace — which combine into a single Redo Index out of 1000. When you redo a topic, your new take is scored independently so the improvement you see is real, not anchored to your old number.
Your recordings are used to transcribe and score your speech so we can give you feedback. Audio you choose to save is stored securely to your own account; video takes stay on your device unless you export them. You can review or remove your recordings from your history at any time.
You can start practicing right away — Redo signs you in anonymously so your sessions and progress are saved to your device and account without any sign-up friction.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Redo in Settings → Notifications → Redo on your iPhone, and that you've set a reminder time in the app. Daily reminders are local notifications, so they'll arrive even without a connection.
You can remove individual sessions from your history in the app. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@debatearena.app and we'll process the request.
Redo is available on iPhone. A microphone is required; a camera is optional for video takes.
